Group Classes:

Yoga Bharata brings the opportunity of interactive Online Group Classes for Beginners and Intermediate yoga practitioners , led by experienced teachers. These led classes focus intensively on all five dimensions of Asanas (i.e.  Back Bending, Forward bending, Inversions, Twisting and Balances). Being interactive with students, deep focus on alignment of postures, priority on safe and injury free practice, and the holistic approach of teaching yoga make our classes different from other available regular online classes.

Group Classes are available in different time slots and will help the beginners to build a strong foundation and  develop the regular practice of intermediate yoga practitioners.

Private Classes:

Private classes are focused on personalized and one to one training of individuals. This is ideal for the people who have time crunch/busy schedule, inaccessibility of good teacher & yoga classes in their proximity, do frequent travelling and can’t commute to Yoga Studios every day.

Classes offer customized and tailor made training programs based on assessment of student’s present health condition, lifestyle and physical capability. Private classes are available for all kinds of practitioners.

Therapy Classes:

Therapeutic Yoga classes serve tailor made yoga practice programs for individuals, having different stress related health conditions.

The programme aims to harmonize overall well-being and help the practitioners in healing, rejuvenating and restorative from several stress generated issues such as…back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sinusitis, migraine, depression, menstruation problems, asthma, obesity, sciatica, varicose veins, reproductive problems, high blood pressure, digestive disorders, thyroid problems, various allergies and other auto-immune diseases.

Prenatal: Pregnancy is the beginning of a significant transformation for parenthood. Yoga helps to prepare and strengthening the body and spirit and finding a measure of comfort during this time of tremendous changes in the body and self identity as a mother.
Prenatal yoga can ease the discomforts of pregnancy, such as moodiness, shortness of breath, anxiety, stress, back pain and swollen ankles, also it gives women time to bond with their babies and helps them prepare for labor.

Prenatal yoga practice includes deep relaxation and preparing at the body level by different yoga asanas including gentle stretches, strengthening of the pelvic region and spine, slowing down of rate of breathing through pranayama and calming down of mind in meditation and various relaxation techniques.
